How we are different:
	Fantastic Thai Restaurant (Fan Thai) is a registered 
	restaurant now devoted to outdoor events. 
	During the outdoor season from 
	late Spring to late Fall, Fan Thai becomes a mobile events restaurant setup on 
	location outdoors. Blending into the festive outdoor atmosphere, Fan Thai's 
	cooking aroma attracts hundreds of customers who can watch 
	Chef Phensri and her well 
	trained staff pepare and serve Thai delights.
She also offers
		catering services (small or big 
		occasions - including weddings) all year round
Customers are safe, eating her foods as she has to meet the high bar of  
	public health food safety requirements in  every jurisdiction.
	After the outdoor  season  (late fall and early spring) Chef 
	Phensri offers 
	cooking classes and runs an
	online store 
	(all year)

		branded all-in-one sauces,  farm fresh vegetables (most obtained locally): example Pad Thai 
	Noodles with chicken.Thai favorites like Thai fried rice, curries etc., 
	Thai yummy dumplins, tri-flavored wings are specials 
Deep fried items 
			are specially prepared to minimize oil retention: example curry puffs, 
			and the popular spring rolls
 
			On her real hardwood coal charcoal grills:
				
BBQ chicken, 
	pork-on-a-stick and the new beef kabob grilled with alternative choice 
	pieces of veggie bits. All marinated during the prep stage.with upto 11 
		different ingredients.
	Why?  .. charcoal BBQ: real hardwood charcoal adds that great flavor to the BBQ 
	items .... way better than gas powered grills
		Gluten free and vegetarian dishes 
		are available as special orders
		
				Cooking & serving sauces and Thai 
		beverages - mostly organic made with fresh ingredients

Fan Thai is required to obtain each jusrisdiction's Health food 
		permits and undergo health inspection on every occasion. Fire Permits 
		are required and inspections performed to ensure compliance re 
		fire-prevetion during the cooking 
	operation using open flame stoves and charcoal
	
	Chef Phensri is certified with the tough NYC health department food handlers 
	license.  She and her employees also hold the Serve-Safe food handlers 
	certificate for NJ .
		Menu Specials: when feasible Fan Thai will serve up vegetarian  and 
	gluten free dishes on request

		You can avoid the long lines and waiting by using the online system .  Orders confirmed in advance to be
