Chef Phensri prepared a magnificent menu as requested by her host. Every thing cooked live poolside by the sea up state New York. Guests were treated to mouth watering appetizers including charcoal grilled chicken satay, delicious spring rolls with special sauce and more. Entrees were followed by Phensri's beautifully crafted Sticky Rice dessert paired with ripe mango chunks
