- Schedule a day & time with Phensri
- Place your Laptop with a WebCam in a convenient location in you kitchen
- Phensri & you do a test run to make sure everything is in order. You can see her and her prep area and she can see you and your prep area.

- Phensri goes though the check list of ingredients and runs through the steps in the recipe.
- Session proceeds
- Follow Phensri step by step instructions in this interactive session
