SHow New Jersey classes are held in my home, Central New Jersey (lasting about 3 hours). You will learn to cook the Main dishes (Class 1A or 1B) and the exotic Appetizers and desserts (Class 2). We have developed more options for the cooking classes including a Combo Class, an All-day-class full class, a Full Course package and an Advanced Class for Chefs and others. You get to take home samples of the dishes and recipes so you can reproduce these dishes over and over again at home.

Manhattan classes are group classes. Come alone or join the group.
